Leah Yamaguchi, Licensed Acupuncturist
Leah Yamaguchi LAc began her studies of Eastern Medicine in Japan in 1993 with a year of intensive Shiatsu and Tai-Chi training. She was then recommended to an apprenticeship in Ryodoraku acupuncture under the Vice –President of the Japanese Ryodoraku Association for two years. She returned to the States in 1999 to attend the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine from where she earned her masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2002. She is a member of the Oregon Acupuncture Association and the American Acupuncture Council. She is nationally certified by the NCCAOM as a Diplomate in Acupuncture and is a licensed and insured practitioner in the State of Oregon. Leah has been a member of the Rotary Club of Gresham since 2005, and was a Trustee on the Board of Oregon College of Oriental Medicine for 9 years. She was voted 2022 Gresham Outlook’s Reader’s Choice Best Acupuncturist by the local community. She is passionate about assisting people to access their inner healing power for an improved quality of life.
